Osseous Matter

I've lost my spine.
My vertebrae are
scattered across the floor
such as Legos often are as a child
and I cannot move, so
I cannot pick them up, though
to step on them hurts quite a lot.
Though, I wonder
how can I do things on my own
without any form or instruction manual.
My limbs are weak like the sapling of a young tree
and I
am nothing but a seedling.
